We believe it is important for every resident to be offered a choice of activities to suit their wishes and abilities. These help to keep residents mobile and alert, and encourage them to take an interest in the people and the things happening around them.
Nicola Noon has worked in the care sector since 1995.
Starting as a Care Assistant, Nicola progressed to Senior Care Assistant, Care Team Leader and then to Senior Care Team Leader, before being appointed Acting Home Manager of Hourigan House in 2009. She has completed a number of care qualifications, including first aid, specialist dementia and palliative care training, and is also a qualified NVQ assessors.
