Here we are at Greenacres making compost for our Eden garden. No matter what the weather. Staff working well as a good team. Improving the way of living and working in residential care homes. Giving residents more oppurtunities to give care as well as receive care. Where life revolves around close continuing contact with plants, animals and children. To help residents
combat loneliness, helplessness and boredom.
Would also like to give a big Thankyou to Bandavulc Tyres Ltd on Martland Mill industrial estate for donating the two tyres for raised bedding. Now our residents will have easier access to maintain their flower beds.
Well done Lindsey and Nicole, yes it`s Nicole one of our cooks getting stuck in, hope she was`nt making mud pies.
The garden is blooming dispite the nasty weather, im sure the residents will get a lot of enjoyment out of the raised tyre beds, all we need now is some sunshine.
